People
Started by long-time friends Brett Barclay and Preston Pepperell after a period of working together in seperate companies. Brett and Preston have different personalities which combine to bring the best of both worlds.
Their goal is to make the building site a pleasant place for everyone working there. They believe that the best way to achieve an efficient and well-run site is by creating a work environment that people enjoy being a part of. They are always eager to share new ideas with their clients and discuss all the details with them.

Brett and Preston are both licensed qualified builders with a qualified builder and an apprentice as part of the team PB built are ready to tackle any task
Preston Pepperell
Preston spent most of apprenticeship doing renovations and extensions which he always enjoyed and still does. He enjoys the challenge of bringing the old to life along with the flexibility and thinking on the go a renovation brings. Funnily enough his first day building was doing work experience on a site where Brett was in charge for the day. After growing up with a family bach in Mokau Preston loves being at the beach and out fishing with friends and family.
Brett Barclay
As a very passionate builder Brett takes a huge amount of pride in his work. Spending most of his apprenticeship doing high end new builds him and Preston make a good team with a variety of experience under there belt.
Enjoying a childhood growing up on the family dairy farm Brett still has a huge passion for the farming sector. Brett keeps himself very busy between attending cow shows on the regular with his twin brother and father, keeping his own small farm going and enjoying life with his wife and young daughter
